Elephant of Science

When reviewing for a test next week, I find little things that distract me from what needs to be learned. For example, "Let's look at the simple case of a man pushing an elephant on roller skates." I reread it, wondering who would want to put roller skates on an elephant and push it...

I concluded that this is theoretical.

Fruit Flies

Recently, there have been a lot of fruit flies hanging out at my house.

I've been moving the fruit around the kitchen to keep them on their toes.

I'm Still Alive

A little Shaman King picture, just for you!

Anywho, what have I been doing lately? Mostly school.

I'm taking Japanese this year, it's a load of fun. Sensei is a great teacher, she has been able to deal with my antics. I've learned a lot from her. We can already read and write in hiragana and we've begun writing sentences. I also like sentence structure, but only because we don't really know enough words to make many useful sentences. For instance, I could say " I ate my homework", ("Watashiwa shukudai wo tabemas.") But when will I say that. I could say my dog ate my homework... but, somehow I don't think that will get me anywhere either. ("Watashi no inuwa shukudai wo tabemas!!")

Also taking psychology. My teacher is a bit of an eccentric, but he makes class interesting and fun. As a freshmen in a class aimed at juniors/seniors I am doing quite well, (A!!!!!). I've also been working pretty hard in my other classes. My teacher's are almost all good teachers. Except my math teacher, who is to distracted by "wise guys" to give good attention to the lesson. O well.

I bid you ado.
